"With out a doubt Lucy was our number once choice when looking for a consultant to help us design our menu & train the frontline.
Over what felt like only a few days, which in reality was several weeks, we got to work very closely with Lucy to create a unique & vibrant menu. Unlike any that the area had experienced before. Our brief was simple. We wanted a small offering of memorable comfort food that could be enjoyed in a communal setting.
Lucy produced the most amazing offering and them some. We embarked on a tasting journey, with Lucy preparing every single dish on the menu for us to sample & feedback on.
Several months in & those dishes are still standing their ground on our menu with a few minor adjustments to cater for the local community.
